SHIRLEY LADIES WIN
WARWICKSHIRE INTER-CLUB LEAGUE FINAL
On a very hot Monday morning, the Shirley Ladies
team of 7 players took on the Rugby team in the hope of becoming League
Champions 2014. The team for the day was Katrina GANI, Yen PHAM, Carol
O’HARE, Lesley FISHER, Val BARKER, Minu NATHWANI and Suzanne HUDSON.
As the first 4 Shirley players won their matches
the organiser from WLCGA called players from games 5, 6 and 7 in for an early
lunch as the match was over and we were the CHAMPIONS!
